		<description>I think the whole lettuce-wrap-in-one-bite thing has to do more with ensuring that you get all the flavors from the meat and added ingredients all together at once.  The lettuce is basically the vehicle that makes it all happen neatly and eating bit by bit (eg. with knife and fork) would defeat the purpose here.  Will definitely have to check this place out, as I&#039;ve never heard of it before, thanks for the heads up!</description>
