We need some variation. I am tired of gastro Japanese food and I hope the wannabe Izakaya trend goes away....QUICKLY. I want a simple sushi place like Kitto used to be, owned and staffed by Japanese chefs, or is that too much to ask for now? It's either over the top places like Shuraku or crappy Vietnamese owned places. Where is the Sushi Sushi?
