Try rolling papaya or strawberries with cream cheese and avo california style then wrap the outside with freshly sliced mango. Apart from the visual aspect of red white green and yellow when sliced, the fusion factor is incredible, sweet juicy and delicious! Some roasted sesame seeds sprinkled on the rice before you place the ingredients will add to the flavour. Ian Pope, My Sushi & More, Johannesburg
