{"id":265,"date":"2008-09-27T00:29:30","date_gmt":"2008-09-27T08:29:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.dineouthere.com\/restaurants\/?p=265"},"modified":"2008-09-27T00:29:30","modified_gmt":"2008-09-27T08:29:30","slug":"dinner-at-home-udon-noodles-with-kim-chi-dumplings-recipe","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.dineouthere.com\/restaurants\/dinner-at-home-udon-noodles-with-kim-chi-dumplings-recipe","title":{"rendered":"Dinner at home (Udon Noodles with Kim-chi dumplings recipe)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I&#8217;ve taken a bit of a break from posting about restaurants, but never fear, I&#8217;m still eating!<\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s a quick dinner I threw together: made with some Korean Kim-chi dumplings (bought from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dineouthere.com\/restaurants\/h-mart-korean-grocery-store-on-robson\">H-Mart<\/a>), onion, garlic, zucchini, and a package of udon noodles.<\/p>\n<p>I first heated some vegetable oil in a pan at medium heat, and then added the frozen dumplings. Covered and cooked for a few minutes, and threw in the chopped onion and garlic. Then added the zucchini, with a bit of white wine (it added a nice flavor to the vegetables). After it cooked a bit, I added the package of udon noodles and waited until they softened. I also added the soup flavoring package which came with the noodles.
