Zachary’s On Robson

Zachary’s on Robson (web site, 121 Robson St., phone 604.605.1472) is located in the Hampton Inn & Suites hotel which is on the south-east end of Robson Street downtown, right next to BC Place Stadium. Their lunch menu is reasonably priced with most items around $11.00, and I found the quality of food to be far better than I’d expect of a restaurant in a hotel. I enjoyed the Halibut pasta special ($11.99, pictured below), which had generous chunks of tender halibut in a tomato-based sauce with mushrooms and artichokes. The spinach salad (also pictured below, around $7) was quite large and tasted really fresh!

Zachary’s on Robson is a fabulous restaurant! I have heard so much about it lately and thought that I would give it a try. I was not one bit disappointed. The service was fabulous, food was excellent and best of all the price was fantastic! I don’t know why people go to other restaurants and pay big money where there is such a nice and intimate restaurant – Zachary’s – located right here in the lower mainland! The lamb shank that I ordered was just outstanding and my partner ordered the Prime Rib which was also great!

I usually have a fabulous time at this restaurant the food is great and I’m a regular customer at night time.
Lately the service here has been absolutely horrible.
The last time I was in my waiter smelt of liquor and was very rude.
I will no longer be back.
